New versions of Nextcloud are regularly released.
As a Nextcloud administrator you can update from the website:
https://www.mijndomein.nl/nextcloud/index.php/settings/admin/overview

This works if all files of the Nextcloud installation can be modified by the www-data user of the Apache HTTP server. You can assign these rights with command: chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html/nextcloud
